Burdg, Dunham & Associates Construction is a Missouri- based general contractor for retail construction. Harry Burdg and Jim Dunham, co-owners, founded the company in 1981 and have developed a worldwide clientele. Their highly skilled employees make Burdg, Dunham able to self-perform multiple scopes of work, giving the company better control of projects and the ability to consistently bring projects in on time and on budget. Primarily building for national retail organizations, both publicly and privately held, Burdg, Dunham & Associates continues to grow and add new clients through outstanding service to the business community and by maintaining a reputation for non-negotiable standards of excellence in construction. No job is too large or too small. Burdg, Dunham is licensed in all 50 states.

Harry Burdg

President

Harry has been in the construction industry for 50 years and started Burdg-Dunham in 1981. Harry enjoys showing horses, fishing and flying planes when he is not at Burdg-Dunham.

Jim Dunham

Vice President

Jim has been in the construction industry since 1977 and is one of the founding partners of Burdg Dunham Associates. When not working Jim enjoys fishing, gold panning and history.

Bryan Burdg

Director of Operations

Bryan has been in the construction industry at BDA since 2003, and his clients include Anthropologie,  Free People Movement, Snipes, Free People and Urban Outfitters. Bryan enjoys traveling and spending time with his children.

Brian Hinsley

Project Manager

Brian has been with BDA since 1993, starting as a Superintendent. His clients include Anytime Fitness, Waxing the City and Yankee Candle. In his off time Brian enjoys hunting, fishing and golf.

John Churan

Project Manager

John has been in construction industry project management since 1998 and working for BDA since 2007. His current clients include GAP, The Body Shop, Pandora Jewelry, Petco and Zumiez. In his spare time John enjoys cooking and waterfowl hunting.

Donnie Mordecai

Senior Project Manager

Donnie has been with BDA since 2003, and has been in project management since 1998. His clients include Regis, Supercuts Hair Salons, Total Wine & More, and Sleep Number. Donnie enjoys sports including coaching his sons in baseball, wrestling and football.

David Robertson

Project Manager

David started in construction in 1997 and has been with BDA since 1999. The clients that he works with includes Petco and Carters/Oshkosh. When he isn’t working he enjoys his cattle farm and spending time with his children. 

Richard Dunham

Director of Internal Operations

Richard has been at Burdg Dunham since 2018, and prior to working at BDA he worked in the mining industry. His clients include Free People Movement, Free People and Petco. Richard also enjoys golf, fishing, hiking and reading.

Dan Ritchie

Project Manager

Dan’s clients include Free People, Snipes, Urban Outfitters and Anthropologie.

Ally Graham

Operations Manager

Ally has been at Burdg Dunham since 2022, and prior to working at BDA she has worked in the Human Resource industry. Ally enjoys playing with her dog, doing outdoor activities, and time with family/ friends.

Tim Lepard

Project Manager

Tim comes from a family of commercial construction with over 35 years of experience. He has been with BDA since 1998. The clients that he works with include Backcountry and Marmi. He enjoys spending his free time with his family whenever possible.
